Rich Harbor Seed sells our seed with the following terms and conditions.
Information
All agricultural information provided by Rich Harbor Seed is just for reference as a guide only.
They are based on Rich Harbor Seed experience and regional trials.
Rich Harbor Seed will not accept any liability for results that may occur due to climatic conditions, growing conditions or any other factors.
Currency
Prices are in USD(US dollars), Euro(EUR) and JPY and are subject to change after notification.
Price
Prices are not inclusive of shipping , packing, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, treatments, insurance ,tests and any other costs associated with shipping of seed and all other documentary and shipping costs will be charged.
Discount
Discounts could be considered based on quantity of order or previous calendar years purchasing.
Returns
All claims must be made in writing within 45 days of the date of good arrival. If a claim is received outside this period, all rights shall be deemed to have been waived.
Seed must be returned in the initial state.
Payment is due in accordance with terms specified on invoices.
All invoices must be paid by due date. Monthly late payment fee(1-3%) will be added to all overdue payments.
